We believe in prompt service to enhance your sense of relaxation. Please give us 1-3 business days to get it all packed up and ready to go. During super busy times like holidays, we might need up to 7 business days (we want everything to be perfect!). Once it's all set, we'll hand it over to out trusty carrier, and it's one step closer to your doorstep!

It's super frustating when packages go on their little adventures. If yours seems to be lost or someone else decided they needed it more than you, let us know right away at hello@velexen.com. We'll jump on it, though do keep in mind that once your order leave Velexen HQ. It's in the carrier's hands.
